  • Who can join the workshops?

    Our workshops are open to adults seeking support with anxiety, ADHD, stress management, boundary setting, and couples therapy. No prior experience with therapy is required.
  • How do I register for a session?

    Registration is simple: select your preferred workshop date, fill out the online form, and submit your details. You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
  • What should I expect during group therapy?

    Group sessions focus on sharing experiences, learning coping strategies, and receiving guidance in a confidential and respectful environment led by Karla Kamerman.
  • Are sessions held in person or online?

    Workshops are offered both in-person at our comfortable office space and online via secure video calls to accommodate different preferences.
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

    Please notify us at least 24 hours before your session to cancel or reschedule. This helps us manage group sizes and offer your spot to others.
