You've been carrying too much, for too long.

You're the one people rely on at home, work, in your relationships.

But lately, the responsibility, the overthinking, and the emotional load have become too heavy to keep holding alone.

If we keep doing what we’re doing, we’re going to keep getting what we’re getting.

You Take Care of Everything

And it's Too Much.

You're the one who keeps life running, the one who anticipates, organizes, absorbs, and smooths things over.

But lately, you're stretched thin.

You're tiren, overwhelmed, and feeling responsible for things that shouldn't be yours to carry.

You don't have to keep doing this alone.

Therapy can help you set healthier boundaries, feel less overwhelmed, and finally breathe again.

Do you feel driven by...

Perfectionism:

You push yourself to ideal standards and you fear what might happen if you let up.

You 'take it on' because you feel you need to, and you presume that if you don't, things will fall apart.

Over-Responsibility:

This is that little voice that tells at you, if I don't know what's going to happen then it's likely to be bad. So i better make sure...

Uncertainty Intolerance:

Worry:

You're tricked into thinking you're keeping things under control. You've developed a habit that gets stuck in worse case scenarios.

Perfectionism

It's where you push yourself to high standards that can't be maintained forever, because you fear what might happen if you stop. And it is usually a double standard.

Boundaries

Boundaries are fundamental to relationships. My skin and bones distinguish and seperate me from you. It gets a little more complicated when it comes to feelings, thoughts, and behaviours. The boundary work I do helps clients recognize their personal limits (when to say no), gain understanding around what is within their control(what can I actually change?) and helps reduce stress when you the 'responsibility' gauge is off kilter. Healthy boundaries are essential to experiencing joy and freedom in your relationships.

Couples Therapy

Your most important relationships will demand the most of you. Typically couples come to see me for communication issues.  But fundamentally you not sure if she's got your back anymore, you don't know if you can trust him if when he says 'I love you'.  Turns out connection and understanding are . Helping partners navigate their challenges by fostering healthier communication and stronger boundaries. Together, you’ll explore solutions tailored to your unique relationship, paving the way for a happier, more harmonious future.

Get Clarity. Find Courage. Move Forward.

I'd love to help you find a way.
