Is this therapy?
It is psychoeducational group therapy focusing on skill building, recognizing unhelpful patterns, and supporting healthy interpersonal functioning.
Do I have to speak?
You choose what and how much to share. Participation is always at your comfort level.
Is the group recorded?
No. For confidentiality, sessions are not recorded.
Can I attend if I’m also in individual therapy?
Yes. Many participants do both. The group complements individual work.
What if I miss a session?
You will still receive handouts and materials, but missed sessions are not refundable.
